During the first week of November in Milan, in the annual 2022 Golosaria edition, Antonella Manuli received the national award from Paolo Massobrio and Marco Gatti for the wine tourism project developed at Fattoria La Maliosa.
A prize that we welcome with true pride for a journey that began, with great courage, in 2020, just as our country was shut in lockdown for the Covid-19 emergency.
A time that we therefore took to understand how Fattoria La Maliosa with its production of natural wines and Evo oil, could open its doors to the public with proposals that enhance the landscape and the outdoor experience and tell of our history and the Tuscan Maremma one.
The wine tourism project, born in the spring of 2020, led us to the development of many proposals just two years, including picnics, tastings, trekking, horseback riding and e-bike tours, always combined with tastings of our natural wines and our Evo oil. Immersive experiences in a territory that is still uncontaminated, in a place where nature is the real protagonist and surrounds the visitor at any time of the day.
But also the installation of four StarsBOXes: Aria, Terra, Maliosa and Uliveta. Located in four different and very panoramic points into the property, they let you enjoy the breathtaking views and the Maremma starry sky, one of the darkest in Italy.
In 2022, another project was launched, becoming part of the Land Art project that aims to create structures integrated into the landscape. The SkyDeck was installed at the highest point of the farm, a true orientation table that allows you to enjoy the Maremma landscape at 360°.
Another added value of the wine tourism project lies in the innovative booking system, which offers the possibility of selecting and booking all the experiences digitally, directly from the company website.
The quality of the hospitality is guaranteed by a young and all-female team, which every day allows for the project, born just two years ago, to take shape and grow with new ideas.
