31 years old, but already many experiences to her credit. Martina, at La Maliosa since 2021, is now the new head of the Enoturismo department, a success for Antonella Manuli’s farm that offers many experiences in nature.
And also a success for Martina, who has grown professionally at Maliosa, thanks to her eagerness to learn, her humility and her unmistakable smile. “I came to the company by answering a job advertisement for cleaning. At the time I was working in a bar and this did not seem like growth, but the change was a challenge for me. Here I rediscovered a closer relationship with the territory and rediscovered nature, in a reality that I immediately perceived as lively and innovative’. At Maliosa Martina was able to learn and grow professionally. In addition to the daily work related to wine tasting and all the experiences, Martina was able to attend several training courses dedicated to wine and food tourism. Today Martina is a sommelier and has new professional skills that allow her to organise a careful and personalised welcome for the guests of La Maliosa.
“I love working here and I am happy to have grown so much, also having responsibility for the team. What I love most about this company is the courage to experiment, to go further and to innovate, with the desire to create new projects. The courage also to be able to take risks, to move the limit”.
Martina has put her courage into action, growing and acquiring responsibility and rediscovering the pleasure of studying, enrolling at university to follow courses in Training and Education Sciences. ‘I like working with children,’ she concludes, “and I would like to combine my passion for nature tourism and that for children, creating ad hoc projects for them at La Maliosa and increasing family-oriented activities in general.
Maybe even at Monte Cavallo, his favourite place at La Maliosa!
