{"id":5550,"date":"2012-08-08T11:59:17","date_gmt":"2012-08-08T09:59:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/?p=5550"},"modified":"2016-02-09T11:17:09","modified_gmt":"2016-02-09T10:17:09","slug":"for-a-midsummer-lunch-or-dinner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/en\/for-a-midsummer-lunch-or-dinner\/","title":{"rendered":"FOR A MIDSUMMER LUNCH (OR DINNER)!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On these warm, sunny days, there are two stops you must make if you want to cook something colourful, tasty and nutritious!<br \/>\nA visit to your favourite greengrocers to fill bags (preferably those eco-friendly and reusable ones) with colourful fruits and vegetables typical of the summer season and a stop by the fishmonger for a leap to the waterfront before even turning on the stove&#8230;<br \/>\nAnd once home, all you need is a bit of imagination and lunch or dinner will soon be served, perhaps on the veranda!<!--more--><br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3707 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/Calamari-ripieni-di-zucchine-529x750.jpg\" alt=\"Calamari ripieni di zucchine\" width=\"529\" height=\"750\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zucchini-stuffed calamari<\/strong><br \/>\nIngredients for 4 people<br \/>\n4 squid<br \/>\n15g of Gibboni roasted hazelnuts<br \/>\n170g of small and firm zucchini<br \/>\n2 tablespoons of fresh milk<br \/>\n45g of ricotta<br \/>\n3 slices of bread without crusts<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\nblack pepper<br \/>\ncurry powder<br \/>\n1 clove of garlic<br \/>\nparsley<br \/>\nLa Maliosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>\nWash the zucchini, trim off the ends and cut finely with a knife. Put them in a bowl and add the sliced bread without crusts, milk, ricotta, coarsely chopped hazelnuts and a tablespoon of olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Mix together until the mixture is smooth.<br \/>\nClean the squid, remove their skin and chop off their heads. Coarsely chop the latter. Finely chop the parsley and put in a large frying pan with a clove of garlic and olive oil. Fry and add the squid heads before flavouring with curry powder. Cook for a few minutes. Add the cooked heads to the filling and remove the garlic from the pan. Transfer the filling to a pastry bag and fill your squid tubes. Seal the tubes with a toothpick.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3708 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/Preparazione-Calamari-ripieni-di-zucchine-628x750.jpg\" alt=\"Preparazione Calamari ripieni di zucchine\" width=\"628\" height=\"750\" \/><br \/>\nSquid stuffed with the mixture<br \/>\nTransfer the squid tubes to the frying pan in which you previously cooked the heads and brown for a few minutes on a high heat. Season, reduce the heat, cover and cook for about ten minutes.
