{"id":5233,"date":"2015-10-28T00:43:19","date_gmt":"2015-10-27T23:43:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/?p=5233"},"modified":"2015-10-28T00:43:19","modified_gmt":"2015-10-27T23:43:19","slug":"from-tuscan-culinary-traditions-beans-alluccelletto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/en\/from-tuscan-culinary-traditions-beans-alluccelletto\/","title":{"rendered":"FROM TUSCAN CULINARY TRADITIONS, BEANS ALL&#8217;UCCELLETTO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The dishes that define a region are always eaten with bread and recommended with a nice glass of red wine, preferably natural.\u00a0I&#8217;m talking about beans, which in the traditional Tuscan cuisine are often the main ingredient of our savoury dishes.\u00a0The recipe that I propose today is a more &#8220;substantial&#8221; baked beans.\u00a0The traditional recipe, made with white beans and sage, naturally, does not have sausage in it, but it goes perfectly, trust me!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/14.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-5234 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/14-480x750.jpg\" alt=\"14\" width=\"480\" height=\"750\" \/><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Beans all&#8217;uccelletto<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ingredients for 4 people<br \/>\n1 clove garlic<br \/>\n400g of peeled tomatoes<br \/>\n400g of cooked cannellini beans<br \/>\n2 pork sausages<br \/>\n2 sage leaves<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\nfreshly ground black pepper<br \/>\nLa Maliosa biodynamic extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Method<\/em><br \/>\nIn a saucepan, saut\u00e9 a clove of peeled garlic with four tablespoons of olive oil, add the sausages without their skin and broken to small pieces with the sage leaves. Add the tomatoes, 1\/2 cup of warm water, salt and pepper, and continue cooking, covered, over low heat. When the sauce has thickened, add the beans and cook for a few minutes.
