Our bruschetta are very tasty, slightly sweet and especially appetising. They could most definitely replace a meal, especially if you allow yourself a second helping&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/130.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-5111 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/130-750x500.jpg\" alt=\"130\" width=\"750\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a> <!--more--><em><strong>Sweet and sour bruschetta<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nIngredients for 4 bruschetta<br \/>\n4 slices of whole grain bread<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of fresh milk<br \/>\n8 slices of Alto Adige speck<br \/>\n1 red onion<br \/>\n80g of goat\u2019s cheese<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/en\/prodotti\/olive-groves-and-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\">La Maliosa biodynamic extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/fattorialamaliosa.it\/en\/prodotti\/honey\/\">La Maliosa Fiore di Maremma organic honey<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\na few sprigs of fresh thyme<br \/>\nsalt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Method<br \/>\nPreheat the oven to 200\u00b0C. Cut the onion into thin slices and cook in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and a pinch of salt. Cut the goat\u2019s cheese into rounds. Dip each slice of bread in the milk quickly and only on one side. Lay the speck, cheese and cooked onion on the soaked side. Complete with a sprig of fresh thyme and bake for about 12 minutes.
